Clima social laboral y satisfacción marital en los colaboradores de una organización minera del distrito de Huamachuco, La Libertad

En el presente estudio se determinó el clima social laboral y la satisfacción marital en los colaboradores de una organización minera del distrito de Huamachuco en La Libertad. El estudio fue correlacional. Se evaluaron a 212 trabajadores seleccionados aleatoriamente, de 18 a 65 años, empleando la escala de clima social laboral (WES)y la escala de satisfacción marital de Pick y Andrade. Se encontró con respecto al clima social laboral que predomina un nivel medio en todas sus dimensiones entre 39.2% a 63.7%. Asimismo, se observa un predominio de nivel medio de satisfacción marital, a nivel general y en sus dimensiones,cuyos valores oscilan entre 41.5% y 48.1%;existiendo una correlación muy significativa (p<.01),positiva y en grado medio entre el clima social laboral y la satisfacción marital y una correlación significativa (p<.05), negativa y en grado débil, entre la dimensión interacción marital de la satisfacción marital y las dimensiones implicación e innovación del clima social laboral. Se encontró que existe relación significativa e inversa entre las dimensiones del clima social laboral y la satisfacción laboral.

Abstract

In the present study, the social labor climate and marital satisfaction were determined by collaborators of a mining organization of the district of Huamachuco in La Libertad. The study was correlational. We evaluated randomly 212 selected workers, from 18 to 65 years old, using the social working climate scale (WES) and the Pick and Andrade marital satisfaction scale. It was found out with regard to the social labor climate that predominates a Middle level in all its dimensions between 39.2% to 63.7%. Like wise, apredominance of average level of marital satisfaction is observed, at a general level and in its dimensions, whose values oscillate between 41.5% and 48.1%; There is a very significant (p <.01), positive and intermediate correlation between the social labor climate and marital satisfaction and a significant correlation (p <.05),negative and in a weak degree, between the marital interaction dimension of the marital satisfaction and the dimensions implication and innovation of the social labor climate. It was found that there is a significant and inverse relation ship between the dimensions of the social working climate and job satisfaction.
