Ansiedad estado y su relación con el uso disfuncional del teléfono móvil en alumnos de una universidad privada de Trujillo – 2018

Resumen

RESUMEN

El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre ansiedad estado y el uso disfuncional del teléfono móvil en alumnos de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego de Trujillo en 2018. Se utilizó un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 179 alumnos de ambos géneros, con edades de 15 a 17 años, ingresantes al I ciclo de la u mencionada universidad. El instrumento utilizado fue el inventario de ansiedad (ansiedad rasgo – ansiedad estado),  IDARE, elaborado por Charles D. Spielberger y Rogelio Díaz Guerrero, adaptado en Perú por Rojas. Los resultados evidencian que existe relación altamente significativa entre ansiedad estado y el uso disfuncional del teléfono móvil en alumnos de la universidad antes nombrada. Es así que se aceptan las hipótesis propuestas porque en todas se da  las correlaciones; se concluye que los alumnos que utilizan teléfono móvil tienen alto nivel de ansiedad.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between state anxiety and the dysfunctional use of the mobile phone in students of the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego de Trujillo in 2018. A correlational descriptive design was used. The sample consisted of 179 students of both genders, aged 15 to 17 years, entering the first cycle of the aforementioned university. The instrument used was the inventory of anxiety (trait anxiety - state anxiety), IDARE, prepared by Charles D. Spielberger and Rogelio Díaz Guerrero, adapted in Peru by Rojas. The results show that there is a highly significant relationship between state anxiety and the dysfunctional use of the mobile phone in students of the aforementioned university. Thus, the hypotheses proposed are accepted because correlations are given in all of them; It is concluded that students who use a mobile phone have a high level of anxiety.
